Position: Rental Admin Clerk (Data Entry)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: $20/HR
Are you looking for an exciting administrative role in Denver? We are currently seeking a Rental Admin / Data Entry professional to join an amazing local company. This position primarily involves running the return or order desk and handling various tasks such as light purchasing, data entry, and providing assistance with sales and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the returns desk by accurately inputting return information from the yard into the computer system.
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure proper handling of return balances and address any related inquiries.
- Assist with light purchasing tasks, ensuring the timely procurement of necessary supplies and materials.
- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and maintaining accurate records in the company's system.
- Provide support in sales and inventory management as needed.
- Adapt to the daily flow of the job, which is dictated by the yard and return activities.
- Utilize slow days for productive tasks such as organizing, inventory maintenance, and other administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience in a construction, rental, or billing environment (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formula work such as adding and quantity calculations.
- Accurate typing skills with attention to detail; speed is not the primary focus.
- Strong ability to work as part of a team, while also being a self-starter and quick learner.
- Excellent multitasking skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and retain a large amount of information.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
