Required Qualifications 8+ years of data engineering, ETL, or enterprise data warehouse experience. Advanced expertise in T-SQL, query optimization, stored procedures, and relational database design. Demonstrated experience supporting and maintaining a large portfolio of production data pipelines within a complex enterprise environment. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills with the ability to rapidly resolve production incidents. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while taking full ownership of outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with business, operations, and technical stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement. Experience leading technical initiatives and influencing teams without relying solely on formal authority.
